For live shops · not an unban service, a dashcam for your business
In July 2026 TikTok Shop replaced Violation Points with the Account Health Rating, and it already enforces hard metric gates. ShopProof Guard computes those exact metrics from your own order flow before TikTok's number moves, tracks every appeal deadline, and keeps a continuous off-platform copy of your orders, settlements and tracking scans. Evidence that stays yours even if the shop doesn't.
You buy a dashcam before the crash, not after. Sellers have publicly documented deactivations over violations they say never happened, with payouts frozen "90 days" that became 365, then permanent. The ones who got money back had one thing in common: order-level evidence, filed inside the appeal window.
Enforcement-metric forecast · preview
| Metric | TikTok's gate | You, rolling window | Forecast |
| On-time dispatch (OTDR) | ≥ 80% | 83.1% and falling | breach in ~4 days, 9 orders must ship by Fri 18:00 |
| Valid tracking (VTR) | ≥ 95% | 3 labels never scanned | re-ship or update tracking today |
| Seller-fault cancels (SFCR) | < 5% | 1.2% | healthy |
| Appeal deadline, violation #V-2481 | 30 days | 11 days left | evidence pack ready to file ↗ |
Also watching: unsettled payout float currently at risk ($6,842), refund-abuse patterns, and a nightly export of everything to storage you control.
Seller Center shows you the score. It doesn't forecast it, doesn't build your appeal, and its data disappears with your access.
OTDR, VTR and SFCR are rolling-window math over your orders. One rough week (a carrier delay, a restock gap) and you cross a gate before the dashboard catches up. Enforcement is automatic.
Guard: the same math TikTok runs, computed hours ahead, with the exact orders to fix.
30 days for the first appeal, 15 for the second, two attempts total, ever. Most sellers file a paragraph of frustration and get a template rejection. Evidence wins appeals; feelings don't.
Guard: deadline tracking plus an evidence pack per violation, orders, scans, settlement rows, policy citations.
The moment a shop is deactivated, Seller Center access goes with it, exactly when you need order history to fight back, or to show a small-claims judge. Payouts sit frozen while you have nothing.
Guard: nightly export of orders, settlements and tracking to storage you control. The dashcam footage survives the crash.
The other half of ShopProof: a free 90-day payout audit: duplicate shipping charges, refunds without returns, fee errors. Sellers have documented hundreds of dollars in recoverable charges. Get the free audit →

Honestly: probably not, and you should be suspicious of anyone who guarantees they can. Once access is gone we can't capture data that was never exported. What we can do: if you still have appeal attempts left and can export anything (emails, bank records, old exports), the $79 evidence pack can make your remaining appeal as strong as the paperwork allows. That's the honest ceiling. Guard exists so the next seller is never in your position.
Seller Center shows the current score and lists violations. It doesn't forecast the rolling-window metrics forward ("breach in 4 days, these 9 orders"), doesn't track your appeal clocks with the evidence attached, and, decisively, everything it shows disappears with your access. The platform will never build the parts that are about protecting you from the platform. That's exactly the layer we build, and only that layer.
The enforcement metrics are defined math over your orders: dispatch times, cancel reasons, tracking scans, all over published rolling windows. Guard pulls your order and fulfillment events through the official API in near-real-time and runs the same formulas continuously. TikTok's dashboard updates on its own schedule; arithmetic doesn't.
No. No new accounts, no identity games, no backdoor contacts, no "guaranteed reinstatement". Guard is monitoring, documentation and deadline ops on your own shop's data, and appeals go through TikTok's official process, filed by you. If your business model needs ban evasion, we're not your product.
Official TikTok Shop Partner API, authorized by you, read-only scopes for orders, fulfillment, returns and finance. We never see your password; revoke us any time from Seller Center. Exports go to storage you control. That's the point of them.

Evidence packs are delivered now, by hand, on real appeals. Founding spots exist to prove the work on real cases. The monitoring product ships to founding customers in waitlist order; agencies with 6+ shops get onboarded first because one integration protects many shops.
